EVRE opens EV charger manufacturing unit in Hyderabad

EVRE, an EV charging infrastructure company, has inaugurated a new charger manufacturing unit at the Patancheru Industrial Development Area in Hyderabad. The facility will initially have the capacity to produce up to 5,000 EV chargers per month, with plans to increase the monthly output to 10,000 units by 2026.

This plant will serve EVRE’s existing order book of 20,000 units and will manufacture a wide range of chargers, from 3.3 kW AC models to 360 kW DC units. The company’s goal is to meet the rising demand for EV infrastructure by providing chargers for both residential and commercial uses.

The facility is expected to generate over 50 local jobs and is equipped with automated testing benches for printed circuit boards (PCBs), components, and chargers. This setup is designed to enable faster product testing, reduce errors, and provide detailed reporting for each unit to ensure compliance with production standards.
