Flexible turret setups
In current industrial scenario, the machine manufacturers provide the machine with turret that has limitations of its own, its configuration will restrict the operator to put all necessary tools in order to carry out the production economically and effectively, The turrets will come with very few number of “D Stations” and fewer auto indexable stations, which makes it not feasible to use big tools which might have reduced their machining time. The other stations will accommodate a specific lower size tools which may not be ideal to customer requirements. Euromac provides “6 D Station turret” with 3 of them auto indexable. With combination of this and multi tools like XMTE 10 (8 A station tools 2 B stations tools), XMTE 6(6 B station tools), XMTE 4 (4 C Station Tools). User can choose between the tool setups which will be ideal for their production.

An open Frame for open minded production.
There are two types of Frames used in punching machines - O Frame and C Frame. Both frames accommodate certain working ranges depending upon its design specifications. O Frame restricts the usage of sheets that is wider than its frame due its closed design, whereas with C Frame, user can fabricate the sheets up to twice the size of the frame’s throat depth, this will help the customers to expand their product lines and be open new opportunities and grow.
