Erisha E Mobility and the government of Uttar Pradesh (UP) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to invest $50 million (400 crores) towards the construction of 100 EV charging hubs in Gautam Buddha Nagar district, UP. This significant collaboration aims to hasten the uptake of electric vehicles and support environmentally friendly transport options in Uttar Pradesh. By establishing a strong network of charging hubs, the MoU has shown its dedication to a cleaner and greener future.

The government of Uttar Pradesh has made EVs a priority, and we are dedicated to creating the necessary infrastructure and ecosystem for EV adoption and promotion. According to Parminder Singh Baweja (ED of Erisha E Mobility), the installation of 100 EV charging hubs will contribute to EV growth in the Gautam Buddha Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh.

The collaboration with the UP government represents a shared commitment to developing green transport and lowering carbon emissions. The collaboration seeks to allay the range of anxiety concerns of EV consumers and encourage the growth of the EV market in the district. This is done by increasing the charging infrastructure network. The installation of 100 EV charging hubs would help Uttar Pradesh achieve its goal of becoming a pioneer in sustainable energy.

"We are thrilled to collaborate with the government of Uttar Pradesh to create a robust charging infrastructure ecosystem for electric vehicles," said Darshan Singh Rana, Chairman & Managing Director of Erisha E Mobility. This 400 crore investment shows our dedication to promoting environmentally friendly transit options and a cleaner environment. We are certain that this initiative will encourage the EV industry development in Uttar Pradesh. This will open the door to a more environmentally friendly future.
