Pallavi Tyagi has been appointed as the Chief Marketing Officer, Praveen Kumar Agarwal as the Head of Security and Loss Prevention, and Jyoti Tandon as the Vice President of Financial Control.

With over 18 years of experience spanning Business, Products, and Operations, Pallavi possesses the strategic insight to align marketing efforts with business objectives effectively. Her past roles at Marketing Communication Agencies like Solutions-Digitas and Airtel Business have equipped her with the skills to develop comprehensive brand strategies and execute integrated marketing plans, thus aiding Ecom Express in expanding its market presence and enhancing customer experience.

Jyoti Tandon joins Ecom Express as Vice President – Financial Controller, bringing extensive financial expertise to the table. As a Chartered Accountant with 15 years of experience in audit, assurance, and sectors such as retail and construction, Jyoti is poised to strengthen the company's financial controls and governance.

Praveen Kumar Agarwal assumes the role of Head – Security and Loss Prevention, tasked with implementing robust security strategies and protocols across Ecom Express's operations. With over 24 years of experience in the Telecom & IT industry, including stints at Reliance Infocom, Tata Communications, and Bharti Airtel, Praveen brings a wealth of expertise in areas such as Business Operations, Infrastructure Development, Product Lifecycle Management, and Sales. His diverse background will be instrumental in establishing a culture of security and loss mitigation within Ecom Express.
