Delta Group, the multinational corporation from Taiwan, organised two Customer Meets in recently to address its customers in the Himalayan Kingdom. The first meet was held at Kathmandu on Friday December 16, 2011 with the help of M/s Digitech Technics (P) Ltd; and the second at Biratnagar on Saturday December 176, 2011 with its partner M/s Techno-Chem Automation.

The event was planned to share more information on Delta products, service support and Delta's plans for the Nepal market. It witnessed active participations from many customers. Participants shared their experience using Delta UPS systems and appreciated the quality of the products and service support extended by its partners. "Delta is keen to reach out to each region and have close interaction with all its customers," said Mr Suhas Joshi, Director - Sales UPS, Delta Power Solutions.

Delta used the platform to showcase all UPS products with accessories that can bring more value to them like extended charger for long backup application, maintenance Bypass switch for hot swappable and faulty UPS without any break of power to critical load, connectivity solutions for remote/local monitoring and management of UPS systems, which can help the customers to increase the productivity with increase availability of power.

The company also shared the benefits and the value of using modular and scalable UPS systems available from 20 to 480 kVA for varied applications for industrial customers. Delta highlighted the benefits of using Isolation transformer based Ultron UPS in rating up to 4000 kVA. Customers also appreciated the very high energy efficient products like Ultron DPS with 94% overall efficiency which they endorsed as the right product for Nepal market.
