Casey Equipment Corporation of Pittsburgh, PA (USA) will handle the sale of a surplus double-sided bar finishing line, as well as a #50 KTC straightener and a #30 KTC Sutton straightener, from an established steel industry leader.

The contract gives Casey exclusive rights to sell the surplus on the world metals market. Under terms of the contract, Casey will perform such sales-related tasks as equipment identification, marketing, customer inspections, and price negotiation.

The machinery was previously used to finish #3 to #11 rebar. Each line consisted of a 390' long cooling bed, a 500-tonne cold bar shear, transfer table, three straighteners, bundling equipment, and a tying system. The equipment is available for inspection, and can be viewed online at www.caseyusa.com
