Capgemini's India Hub pioneers Immersive CX with Emerging Technologies

Sanjay Binyala, the Executive Vice-President and India Head of Capgemini's Global DCX Practice, emphasized India's leading position in talent and its pivotal role in adopting emerging technologies like artificial intelligence. Speaking about Capgemini's DCX Foundry in Bengaluru, a global delivery incubation hub catering to a diverse clientele, Binyala noted that various industries, including retail, manufacturing, automotive, life sciences, and telecommunications, are increasingly embracing these technologies.

As client demands for immersive experiences rise, companies are leveraging emerging technologies to provide such experiences. Capgemini's DCX Foundry specializes in experience-centric design, enabling the delivery of scalable customer experiences and showcasing cutting-edge possibilities. The significance of customer experience (CX) has grown in the post-COVID-19 era, with organizations of all sizes seeking digital transformation. The DCX Foundry is strategically located in Mumbai and Bengaluru, connected to the company's global offices, and boasts an asset store with over 700 assets, including solutions and accelerators such as Generative AI and immersive experiences.

Binyala explained that the DCX Foundry was conceived to deliver scalable CX solutions, offering customers immersive experiences powered by data and AI. Currently, the team is reimagining the digital presence of one of the world's largest fast-food chains, enhancing the online experience for home furnishings industry leaders, and optimizing global operations for technology companies through an experience design-driven approach.
