Bharat Forge, a leading manufacturing and engineering

Under the MoU, the parties intend to jointly pursue

By combining VVDN’s expertise in electronics design,
software, system integration and manufacturing with Bharat Forge’s capabilities
in advanced manufacturing and precision engineering, the companies will explore
scalable, high-impact solutions aligned with evolving industry requirements and
emerging technologies.
