The Institute of Economic Studies (IES), N. Delhi, has conferred the Udyog Rattan Award on M. Arokiaswamy, Founder & Managing Director of IED Communications Limited and an Excellence Award on IED Communications Limited. The award has been conferred for promoting Indian automation industry through the Automation series of exhibitions and the monthly magazine Industrial Automation.

IED Communications, since 2002, is the organiser of Automation Exhibitions in India at Mumbai. The exhibition is well acclaimed internationally and has proved that it is the best platform for Industrial growth.
