Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) has announced a two-day training program on 'Managing Performance' on 17th and 18th July 2012 (Tuesday-Wednesday) scheduled at ARAI-Forging Industry Division, Chakan, Pune.

Managing Performance of individuals for building the accountability for organizational success is important in an individual's career and organization growth as well. In today's economy more and more organizations are focusing their attention on enhancing performance and increasing profitability.
