"It gives me immense pleasure to share with you all that Rajasthan is the first state in the country wherein Single Window Act has been implemented in true spirit backed with stipulated time frames and accountability and this approach of ours have done wonders for us in terms of attracting investments", said Mr RajendraPareek, Minister for Industry, Government of Rajasthan. He was addressing the domestic and international delegates during a dedicated session for the state of Rajasthan which was organized as a part of the Invest North 2012 conclave organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry with an objective to showcase and project the tremendous investment potential that vests with the Northern India.

"We legitimately claim to have peaceful industrial and business climate with excellent physical and industrial infrastructure in place. Vast pool of unskilled, semi-skilled and skilled manpower is available at very competitive wages which add more value for every single investment made in the state", said Mr Sunil Arora, Principal Secretary - Industries and Chairman - RICCO. He also shared the advantage of availability of non-controversial land for investments in any sector of interest.

Mr VipinSondhi, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, JCB India, Mr Arun Nanda, Director, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, and Mr R K Poddar, Past Chairman, CII Rajasthan State Council, also spoke on the occasion.
