One has to find a local store which has the required paper options, search for DTP operators, and hope everything falls in place. Once that is done, they have to visit the shop again to collect the printed stationery. If there's even a slightest mistake in the text or colours or printing, then the cycle starts again.
PrintSmart offers an easy and all-in-one business printing solutions to all these problems faced by the SMEs. PrintSmart, an innovation from PrintStop, is the ideal solution for SMEs to print their office stationery online. It was driven by PrintStop's desire to make printing for SMEs easy and hassle-free.
It is extremely easy to print visiting cards, ID cards, letterheads, envelopes and other printed stationery using PrintSmart. If an SME does not have a design, PrintSmart gives them access to 100's of ready-to-use designs or helps them get one custom-made. In case the SME has a design, PrintSmart will make the design available online in the SME's account.
Once the design is available online, SME edits the artwork using a browser. A single set of visiting cards can be ordered by editing text online. Visiting cards for multiple employees can be ordered by uploading an excel and PrintSmart generates the artwork instantly. PrintStop has 10 paper types and textures, so no more hunting for getting the perfect paper.
SMEs can order letterheads, envelopes and other printed stationery in a similar way. Instant order updates are sent through e-mail and SMS. For reordering, one just needs to go to the order history, find the order and click reorder. With PrintSmart, there is an option of editing them again and reordering them.
