- These machines are widely used for printing flexible packaging material.
- These machines are significant for their sturdy construction, user friendly interface, durability and low maintenance. They can be availed with super simple unwind and rewind facilities.
- These machines can handle printing substrates like film, paper, aluminum foil, pet, BOPP, PVC film, polyester, poly, metalised film, etc. It can print in one to eight and has a web width of 20" to 80". The machine has aluminium web rollers or steel rollers.
- Machine can run with speeds up to 250 m/min. It is available in single fixed shaft type or two shaft turret types unwind. Its reel diameter is around 1000 mm.
- Unwind shaft - air shaft, tapper cone with solid shaft or shaft less, tension controller - manual and auto registration control system (AC motor); in feed unit - synchronised control (AC motor).
