Molyslip, a leading lubricant manufacturer has launched TAP in India, a range of high-performance lubricants designed for severe metal working operations such as drilling, reaming and tapping. The range includes highly concentrated mixtures of lubricity and reactive extreme pressure and anti-wear additives.

The new range of metalworking products supplements Molyslip’s existing range of industry favourites, including MWF, MSO, MCC and MWS. Unlike previous products, TAP offers extreme pressure performance by employing an advanced additive system which can almost double tool life. In addition, the range includes high-performance water-soluble, chlorine and sulphur-free options to satisfy the increasing demand for health, safety and environmental requirements.

Molyslip TAP products are available in a paste, liquid and spray and provide excellent surface finish to components and protect tooling from wear and damage. They are suitable for most drilling, reaming and tapping (spiral point, spiral flute and fluteless) operations on most metals.
