Chemical Process Piping (CPP), one of the largest exporters from India for Fiber Reinforced Pipes (FRP) piping, is showing some positive signs that Indian piping industry is slowly picking up pace. CPP has bagged piping projects in India and abroad which is in-line with its goal to reach 200 crore by 2020, making its mark across the globe.

FRP and GRP piping are relatively new to the country as traditionally conventional pipes made from metal or cement has been used in the various industries.

CPP has been working diligently to bring the necessary technological advancements to Indian shores to ensure the Indian industries are on par with world standards. The fruits of their labour have paid off as CPP has bagged the coveted Piping project for GNAL (JV between GACL & NALCO) for their 800 TPD Chlor-Alkali Plant in Gujarat. This order reinforces CPP’s already dominant position in this sector. The company is also working on piping project for Abu Dhabi National Oil Company’s (ADNOC) Waste Heat Recovery plant in Abu Dhabi along with several international projects.

With the advent of GRP and FRP pipes, CPP started manufacturing pipes for aggressive products such as chlorine gas, hydrochloric acid, sodium hypochlorite and caustic soda. Chemical Process Piping(CPP), is the torch bearer for manufacturing GRP and FRP based pipes is on the way to reach Rs 200 crore target till end of 2020. They are the market leaders in the segment in India.

CPP also designs, manufactures and installs GRE piping for fire water service and cooling water lines in several projects.
