Today, Honeywell has unveiled its strategic initiative to restructure its business divisions in alignment with three key megatrends: automation, the future of aviation, and energy transition. This strategic shift is designed to propel Honeywell's organic sales growth and strategic investments, ultimately enhancing shareholder value. The revamped segmentation will come into effect from the first quarter of 2024.

Honeywell's CEO, Vimal Kapur, affirmed the company's commitment to achieving distinctive and profitable growth. He stated, "Following a comprehensive review of our portfolio, we have devised a plan to reorganise our businesses around three impactful megatrends. These trends are supported by our robust digitalisation capabilities and solutions. This streamlined structure will empower Honeywell to harness synergies, accelerating our innovation efforts, utilising our financial stability, and unlocking substantial value through our Accelerator operating system.
