Elfonze Technologies, headquartered in Bengaluru, inaugurated its expanded state-of-the-art office space in the bustling Central Business District (CBD) for its Engineering and Digital technology Services. The milestone celebrates the company’s remarkable growth and highlights commitment to innovation, collaboration, and employee well-being. The newly unveiled 100-seater office adds to Elfonze’s existing capacity. The Chief Guest Sanjeev Kumar Gupta, CEO, Karnataka Digital Economy Mission, KDEM, Government of Karnataka, inaugurated and graced the occasion.

He highlighted how sports are integral to cultivating team spirit and collaboration across departments. “Seeing a player from engineering creating the assist from midfield to have the forward players from IT and operations to score the goal, embodies what corporate sports are all about to strive for one mission together at the event”. Reflecting on how modern work dynamics have shifted with advanced communication technologies, Elfonze has prioritised maintaining a balance between professional responsibilities and physical well-being.

Sanjeev Kumar Gupta began his talk on a spiritual tone, relating faith to the Almighty's power for the bounties we receive while being thrilled by the colour of the t-shirts worn by the entire Elfonze staff. He remarked, "The new office radiates energy and ambition. It’s not just a workspace; it’s a hub for innovation and teamwork. Elfonze’s growth is a demonstration to its commitment to encouraging talent and embracing innovative technology." 

He further emphasised the role of intent and passion in both individual and organisational success, inspiring the 300-strong workforce to embrace advanced technologies and act as ambassadors of Elfonze, reaffirming the importance of every individual’s, to take an oath to contribute to the company’s growth by introducing at least one new idea, client, or business opportunity.

Vinod Kumar, Cofounder and Director of Elfonze Technologies, emphasised the strategic importance of expanding office at Bengaluru’s premier corporate hub, Lavelle Road. "This move reflects our commitment to enhancing client engagement and employee experience by situating ourselves at the epicentre of the city’s business landscape,” he said.
