HRS Process Systems Ltd recently participated at Chemprotech 2022, part of the Chemspec expo organised by VA Exhibitions & Chemical Weekly magazine from April 20-21 in Mumbai. Chemprotech is an international platform for sharing latest information and developments in chemical processing technology and equipment. Industry update shows that the fine and specialty chemicals market is at $30 billion in India. Thus, advanced technology, energy efficient equipment are need of the hour for meeting this growth pace. The chemical and allied industries are investing greatly in innovative solutions.

HRS was one of the key brands at Chemprotech, showcasing their flagship ECOFLUX* corrugated tube heat exchangers (CTHE), one of the most trusted heat exchangers in the industry today. Also on display were the HRS FUNKE plate heat exchangers (PHE) and range of heat exchanger-based systems which are giving consistent performance to heat transfer in plant productivity. Visitors from key process industries like chemical, agrochemical, fertilizer, petrochemical Specialty Chemicals, polymer, EPC, etc., visited HRS stall to understand the heat transfer solutions for their respective industries.

Narendra Joshi (HRS PSL, AGM - Heat Exchanger BU) presented on "Heat Transfer Efficiency in Thermal Processing” at the on-site conference at Chemprotech India 2022. He explained role of HRS technology with case studies to demonstrate heat exchanger performance and payback. HRS has expertise to design and manufacture heat exchangers in exotic material like Hastelloy, Titanium, Tantalum, Inconel, Monel, Duplex, Super Duplex, Copper and grades of SS. For almost two decades, HRS has proven its expertise to understand and design heat exchangers to specific customer needs.
