May 2017 – Pune based Sen Group of India recently supplied a fully automatic robotic machine for impregnation of Cylinder blocks, Crank cases and Cylinder heads for Honda Indonesia's new AHM plant in Karawang. The machine was commissioned using Teknoseal TSP 99 impregnation sealant, another company from Sen Group. The fully automatic installation produces 800 sets per day of castings which are finish machined and ready for assembly. Sen Group secured this order on the basis of their state of art, superior technology incorporating fully automatic process cycles to ensure the complete elimination of residual resin in fully finished components, a very common problem in most impregnation lines. This machine has ensured that Astra Honda Motors has complete control on process and quality.

The complete process is automatic with a very short cycle time and has a completely flexible and programmable process cycle, which impregnates fully machined components with zero rework. This has helped the company to resolve the long standing problem of resin residue in machined castings. Guided by visionary technocrats and impregnation specialist, Mr. Saibal Sen and Mr. Probal Sen, this state of art impregnation line is the first fully automatic operator less robotic impregnation line being used in Indonesia.
