The screen bar is based on an open design concept. For the linear motion screens, the drive is through direct force exciter with Cardan shaft or through unbalanced motors. The angle of throw which depends on the application is usually 35-60 degree and is adjusted by counterweights. Whereas for the circular motion screens, drive is either direct or through Cardan shaft and V-belts. Shaft with its eccentric weights runs in heavy duty self-aligning roller bearing and the throw of the vibrating screen is varied by adjusting the eccentric weight. Linear as well as circular motion screens are supported above the substructure by helical coil springs and the angle can be varied to suit the application. These screens find usage in various application such as sand, gravel, minerals, ores, pellets, sinter, coal, coke, pet coke, lignite, limestone, dolomite, chemical products, fertiliser, compost, refuse and refuse slags, etc. Some of the company’s major customers are Ultratech, Bhushan Steel and Power, Binani Cement, Nirma, Amrit Cement, Jindal Saw, Orient Cement, etc.
