Magal Engineering Co India Pvt Ltd has partnered with Zhejiang Etone Precision Machinery Co Ltd in India to offer the world-class mechanical and high-speed Etone presses with a good balance of technical features and economic value. The company offers 3 types of presses - Etone APJ series (straight side high speed double crank presses with varying tonnage from 60 tonnes to 550 tonnes), Etone APD series (ring frame precision press available in the range 80 to 260 tonnages), and Etone APA series (high precision C-frame presses available in 25 to 315 tonnages).
They have machine frame with high rigidity design. They are made especially for manufacturing laminated rotors and stators for electric motors. The presses maintain stability and efficiency even while stamping large size rotors and stators, lamination of generator motors and industrial motors. Etone have very stringent quality control and quality. High quality cast iron is used for the crowns, uprights and bed. The comprehensive clearance is within 0.25 mm, the parallelism is within 0.04 mm, and the perpendicularity is within 0.01 mm, and this special precision can be maintained for many years.
Novelty Quotient: The accuracy of the machine is maintained as long as the machine is used. Every part of the machine is manufactured in-house; no part is outsourced assuring the repeatability and consistency of the machine. High steel alloy casting frame structure designed by computer analysis and processed by internal stress elimination ensures the rigidity of the frame, which guarantees high precision also for achieving low Noise and low vibration. This improves the life of the die.
