Honeywell and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS) have announced a strategic partnership to help building operators transition from traditional automation to enterprise-wide autonomy.

The collaboration combines Honeywell’s expertise in Operational Technology (OT) automation, control systems and AI-powered analytics with TCS’ IT modernisation, cloud and consulting capabilities. The objective is to enable real-time intelligence, improve operational efficiency and deliver measurable business outcomes.

To support the integration of OT data into enterprise IT systems, Honeywell will establish a unified digital foundation providing real-time visibility, predictive intelligence and autonomous process control, leveraging TCS’ IT and consultancy capabilities. Honeywell will deploy Honeywell Forge, its IoT platform delivering AI-powered analytics and dashboards for secure, intelligent and efficient operations, including Honeywell Forge for Industrials and Buildings suites.

The initiative will enable building and industrial operators to optimise processes and implement AI-driven autonomous operations that can perceive, analyse, act and learn. By converging OT and IT into a single integrated infrastructure, customers can operate with greater agility and make faster, more informed decisions.

The initiative will be launched in India before expanding to global markets, including the United States and the Middle East.
