Global Industrie Unveils Four New Zones to Boost Industrial Capabilities

Aligned with the evolving needs of manufacturers, Global Industrie—France’s largest industrial gathering, will introduce four new dedicated areas to help companies strengthen and advance their production capabilities.

These include the Booster Area for business acceleration, L’Entrepôt Connecté by GI for handling, logistics and supply chain optimisation, the Research & Innovation Area for advancing technologies, and the Digital Technologies Village for digital transformation. The event will host 2,300 exhibitors and expects 60,000 visitors.

Positioned as an accelerator within the exhibition, the Booster Area connects industrial players with funding, expertise and support to scale their projects. Open to startups and large corporations alike, it brings together stakeholders across financing and investment, international development and export, skills and training, and consulting and advisory services

A dedicated innovation hub will showcase startups developing industrial solutions, while an Agora will facilitate collaboration through programmes focused on use cases, feedback and practical insights. Representatives from MBDA, SNCF, Renault, Dassault, Safran, Airbus, Siemens and Air France Industries will share their innovation requirements and industrial challenges.

A pitch area (La Fabrique) and business meetings will further enable direct engagement between companies, experts and partners. The space also includes a Startup Village featuring 60 companies presenting solutions in greentech, artificial intelligence, data services and deeptech.

Presented for the first time in Paris, L’Entrepôt Connecté by GI is an immersive space dedicated to technologies transforming industrial handling and logistics. Located within the Handling, Logistics, Storage and Lifting village, it spans 400 sq m and brings together around 30 technology providers.

The space will demonstrate a “warehouse of the future”, featuring autonomous mobile robots, cobots, machine vision, next-generation conveyors, ergonomic solutions and supervision systems. Developed with Proxinnov and interconnected by Hub One, it will include live operational demonstrations addressing real industrial requirements.

Technologies on display include private 5G, 3D digital twins, industrial IoT, robotic transport and palletising systems, as well as automation, quality control and operator assistance solutions. A fully automated logistics flow will illustrate the intelligent movement of goods from transport to order preparation, highlighting the strategic role of logistics in industrial performance.
The Research & Innovation Area aims to strengthen links between laboratories and industry. It will showcase work by public and private laboratories developing advanced technologies designed for industrial application.

Laboratories will seek partners to test and deploy innovations, while industrial SMEs will gain access to scientific and technological expertise to accelerate projects, enhance technological maturity and anticipate market developments. By bringing together laboratories, SMEs, deeptech startups and support organisations, the space aims to drive collaboration and support industrial innovation.

The Digital Technologies Village will present technologies driving industrial digitalisation, focusing on the convergence of industrial systems and digital infrastructures to improve connectivity, performance and security.

Solutions on display include industrial networks, 5G, data and artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, edge and cloud architectures, digital infrastructures, digital twins and industrial simulation. These technologies enable optimisation of data flows, predictive maintenance, infrastructure security and real-time process simulation.

By integrating these capabilities within a single space, Global Industrie aims to support the transition towards smarter, more connected and efficient manufacturing systems.
