Avaada Electro boosts solar PV capacity with ALMM-approved plants in India

Avaada Electro’s Nagpur and Dadri facilities gain MNRE ALMM approval, raising enlisted annual solar PV capacity to 5,400 MW, strengthening India’s clean energy and manufacturing ambitions.

Avaada Electro, the solar PV manufacturing arm of the Avaada Group, has reached a key milestone with the inclusion of its advanced production lines in the Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM) of the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India.
The company’s world-class facilities at Butibori in Nagpur (Maharashtra) and Dadri (Uttar Pradesh) have received approval under the MNRE ALMM, taking its combined enlisted capacity to more than 5,400 MW annually and reinforcing its position as a reliable contributor to India’s solar growth. This recognition strengthens the company’s leadership in delivering high-performance solar technology that supports the nation’s pursuit of Atmanirbhar Bharat and Net Zero 2070.
The Butibori facility in Nagpur has an annual capacity of 4,111 MW, producing Bifacial N-Type TOPCon modules, Glass-to-Glass (720 Wp, 630 Wp, 610 Wp). The flagship plant features highly advanced production lines and a smart energy management system, with a Takt time of just 16 seconds.
The Dadri facility in Uttar Pradesh has a capacity of 1,311 MW per year and manufactures Bifacial N-Type TOPCon and Glass-to-Glass modules ranging from 585 Wp to 610 Wp.
