Wall Storage Systems

Khira Steel Works offers Wall Storage Systems. The major advantage of Khira wall storage system is a choice from a range of 10 sizes of drawers from 50 mm to 300 mm height (with load carrying capacity of 100 kg or 200 kg UDL). Moreover, these drawers are interchangeable and can be used in various combinations as per given needs. All drawers can accommodate various accessories shown in the technical manual. The drawers can also accommodate tool cradles and tool holder frames, which can accommodate tool holders. Basic configuration (three bay unit): 2000 (H) x 2186 (W) x 703 mm (D); load capacity of rack IS – 4500 kg; clear height – 1900 mm; consists of 4 sets (2 per set) of vertical side frames; and 3 top and 3 bottom, 2 side cladding and 3 back cladding. Add-on configuration: single bay unit – 2000 (H) x 711 (W) x 703 mm (D), consists of 1 set of vertical side frame; 1 top and 1 bottom and 1 back cladding. The backbone of the wall storage is the CRCA steel multi fold formed vertical side frame. This side frame has apertures at 25 mm pitch, that allows the mounting of drawers or shelves at any required height, steel back cladding and side cladding stabilise the storage wall.
