EDM Cut Wire

The EDM Cut Wire uses high quality diamond dies to ensure that the accuracy of wire diameter is precise and within ?0.001 mm tolerance and therefore ensuring optimum cutting performance. High tensile strength, 950 1000 N/mm2, assures optimum cutting speed and minimises wire breakage. Straight wire also assures successful auto wire threading. Wire is available in 0.100 mm, 0.150 mm, 0.200 mm, 0.250 mm and 0.300 mm diameter sizes. Tensile strengths of 900 1000 N/mm? for hard wire, 480 520 N/mm? for semi hard wire and 300 350 N/mm? for soft wire are available.
