Cam Indexer

The Mechanical Cam Indexer includes conventional Globoidal Cam Indexers, Parallel Cam Indexers, Heavy Duty Indexers and Oscillators along with specially designed custom mechanisms. It can convert constant rotary motion at the input into high precision intermittent rotary motion at the output. The Indexer consists of two prime components, the Cam and the Turret. The Cam mounted on the Cam Shaft is driven by a geared motor and the Cam in turn Indexes the Output by driving the Cam Followers fixed on the periphery of the Turret. The whole assembly is generally enclosed in oil filled box known as Housing. Our indexers are available in housed units as well as individual mechanisms to suit the customer?s requirement. The Cam Indexers provided by NTC are simple, reliable, precise and capable to run at higher speeds enabling our customers to improve their overall productivity.
