Walking Beam Machines

GH Induction offers a Walking Beam Machine. This is used for automatic component transport. Features: horizontal progressive hardening machine with CNC servo axis for inductor and quench movement; automatic loading/unloading operation; walking beam mechanism transports components horizontally from input end to output end; component lifted and held between centres for hardening; machines are integrated to receive components from previous operation and deliver to the next; totally operator-free; machine suitable for components with centres at both ends, for holding and job rotation; process accepted parts delivered to output; and rejected parts automatically diverted to rejection bin. Typical applications: pump shafts, armature shafts, axle shafts, pinion shafts, etc.
