GH Induction offers a Two-Station Hardening Machine. This is applicable for starter ring gears, with CNC servo axis for component up/down. Salient features: CNC servo axis ensures repeatable positional accuracy of coil, while heating; allows quick set-up change for different jobs; provides highly consistent results; loading, heating and quench positions can be programmed in the CNC screen as required for each part; fine corrections to the coil plane with respect to the job are possible; and ensures desired pattern at top and bottom surfaces of the job. The two-stations can run the same component, or the stations can be set-up to harden different types of jobs, thus reducing the number of set-up changes.
