System Channels

Kabelschlepp India Pvt Ltd offers a range of System Channels that are easy to assemble and maintain. The system channel is used for long travel lengths such as on crane systems. The cable carrier is protected in the channel during travel. Lateral slippage of the upper run from the lower run is thus reliably prevented. The structure of the system channel is designed for easy and time-saving assembly and disassembly of even the individual channel elements for maintenance purposes. Depending on the installation situation, the system channel is equipped with areas having integrated slide rails, which support the upper run of the cable carrier. This minimises the wear on the cable carrier while simultaneously reducing the noise formation. The open design of the system channel minimises the risk of total system downtimes due to accumulated dirt or foreign bodies, which can impair the operation of the cable carrier. The GO module is designed for usage on gliding cable carriers with medium to long travel lengths. The special design of the GO module reduces the point loads of the cable carrier when it is placed from the upper run to the lower run and enables larger additional loads. At the same time, any occurring oscillations and vibrations are reduced and the service life of the cable carrier extended. Open stay variants or designs with plastic or aluminium covers are available. The GO module is available for the types M0650, M0950 and M1250. GO module range in thrust end position: due to the RKR chain links, the cable carrier in the thrust end position generates a smaller station. GO module range in pull or thrust position: defined sequence of different link plates (on the driver) cause the upper run to be placed more quickly and controlled on the lower run for medium and longer travel lengths.
