Power Winches

Eddycranes Engineers offers Elmech brand electric power winches in capacities up to 50 tonnes. They are useful for lifting heavy loads for erection and installation of steel structurals, heavy water gates, heavy material loading in steel plants and handling loads on level hook. The main winch consists of a steel fabricated rigid base, a slipring/squirrel cage electric motor, a hydraulic thyristor break, heavy duty gearbox, steel ground gears, a steel drum fully supported in roller bearings, electrical controls with fully protected safety limit switches, a mechanical stopper and a safety belt hand-brake. Eddycranes also manufactures goliath cranes, grabbing cranes, flame-proof EOT cranes and electric hoists.
