Electric Wire Rope Hoists
Electric wire rope hoists from 0.5T to 50T capacity and maximum height of lift of 200m in accordance with Class I, II, III, IV heavy-duty specification as per IS:3938-1983.
- The hoists are manufactured with electro-mechanical brakes operating on conical rotor motor principles; these brakes are in hoisting and cross-traversing motion
- Hoists have high torque, crane duty, 40 per cent CDF, Class 'F' insulated conical motors suitable for 150 starts/hour
- Each hoist can have micro speed attachment in hoisting motion as well as cross traversing motion to reduce the original speed to 10 or 15 per cent, and
- Each hoist is supplied with control panel, consisting of motor contractors, single phase preventers with overload relays, transformers, fuses and pendant push button station for operation.
