Chain Pulley Block

Endeavour Instrument offers a Chain Pulley Block, designed and manufactured as per IS 3832. The load chain wheels are made of SG iron/malleable casting with accurate chain sprockets for smooth running and mounted on two ball bearing, steel forged hooks conform to IS 8610 and are fitted in upper arm, and the bottom block is made out of heavy-duty SG iron/malleable casting. The gears are made from alloy steel material, precise machined, gear hobbed and case hardened – duly annealed. The hand chain wheel is manufactured from graded casting as per IS-210, load chain is of grade 80 conforming to IS 6216. The alloy steel material is uniformly, electric welded from alloy steel duly heat treated for ductility, toughness and wear resistance; and accurately calibrated for smooth running in wheels. Screw and friction type positively self-actuating load pressure brake ensures safety at all positions.
