Bulk Transportation Systems

Scorpio Engineering offers bulk transportation systems. The company engineers and manufactures bulk tankers for powder transport over long and short distances with automatic filling and pneumatic discharge. These tankers are built to pressure vessel codes. They replace conventional bagged transport of powders and are efficient, dust and loss free. Tanker capacities can go up to 50 m3 depending on the product. Discharge of powder from these tankers is through pressurised pneumatic conveying into large silos at the receiving end. Discharge rates of up to 150 TPH are possible.
