Anti-Crane Collision Switch

Electro-arts offers an anti-crane collision switch with laser alignment tool. The anti-crane collision sensor is used to avoid collision of two cranes operating on a single rail. The units are installed on two cranes and their respective reflectors on the opposite crane. When distance between two cranes reduces beyond set limit, a relay output is available. For easy alignment and installation, the units are provided with laser alignment tool. A sharp visible laser point makes it easier to fix the position of reflector on other crane. The unit consists of IR emitter and receiver along with the processing circuit. When the other crane is within the set distance, an infrared beam is reflected from the reflector. The receiver receives the IR beam and finally operates a relay after the signal processing. Two models are offered depending on maximum range required. Model: ACC 03 for 3 mtr range and Model: ACC 10 for 10 mtr range. The company also offers custom build anti collision systems for cranes as per the specific requirement.
