Electronic Switches (India) manufactures a variety of automation sensors and automation products. These have wide application in non contact sensing, switching and controlling various automatic processes, safety and security applications, and to improve product quality and production. Magnetic Float Level Sensors are available for single level sensing and two level sensing. As per the level of liquid, float position changes and corresponding output is used for automation. Control unit is also available for automatic functioning of pump or feeder. It is used for sensing the level of liquid in storage tanks, reservoirs, hoppers. Capacitance type level sensor: suitable for sensing level of non-conductive liquids and solids. Level is sensed when stainless steel probe of a sensor touches surrounding material in a hopper or tank. Sensor senses the same and offers NPN or PNP output with selectable NO or NC for further electrical interlock. Suitable for free flowing materials, the length of probe can be offered to suit any requirement. Single sensor with two set points is also available for complete automation of hopper or tank. Ultrasonic level sensor: it is non-contact type sensing. The sensor is placed at the top of the hopper or tank and ultrasonic signals are sent towards material. Signals are reflected back to the sensor from the level of material and the level of material in a hopper or tank is detected. Output is available in NPN or PNP for further interlock.
