Winch, Power Driven

Dee Kay Lifting Equipments offers power driven Winch. Salient features: designed as per IS-9507-1979 and suitable for heavy-duty applications; wide range of speeds available; and generally, winches with right hand operation are manufactured, however, the same can be supplied with other side operation also as per requirement. The base frame is fabricated with rolled steel sections/plates properly ribbed, floored with chequered plate for working area, lifting lugs, anchoring holes for foundation, provided. The first stage reduction is with worm reduction gearbox of reputed make and other reduction with open spur gears and pinions. The rope drum is steel fabricated and duly machined, with flanges at both ends, winding capacity 100 mtrs of wire rope. Drums with larger winding capacity can also available. The wire rope is 6 x 19, IWRC construction, made from best plough steel conforming to IS-2266 is supplied with winch machine at extra cost. The motors is high starting torque type with Class 'B' insulation, 150 starts/hr, 415 V, 50 Hz, 3-phase, AC induction, squirrel cage/slipring, conforming to IS-325 of reputed make like NGEF/AEI/Siemens, etc. The winch is operated by a push button station/controller at 110V, fixed on machine. The control equipment like triple pole reversing contactors, HRC fuses, pilot lamp, etc., is housed in dust and vermin proof steel sheet panel box. One step down transformer is also provided for safety of operating personnel. Overload relay with single phasing protection is provided at extra cost. Electromagnetic/electro hydraulic thrustor double shoe type brake and/or hand operated brake provided as per requirement. Rotary gear type limit switch is provided to prevent over hoisting/travelling at extra cost, if required. All machines are tested at 25% overload.
