Dee Kay Lifting Equipments offers a hand operated Chain Pulley Block, worm geared or triple spur geared. Salient features of triple spur geared chain pulley block: hook – conforms to IS 3815, free to rotate and swivel; chains – conform to IS 2429, 3109 and 6216 for Grades 30, 40 and 80 respectively; gears – conform to IS 4460, metallurgy and machining are considered on priority and no chances of wear and tear; brake – self actuating at any load position, ratchet hardness 30° HRC and pawl tip is of 40° HRC; body – structural steel as per ISS 226, it is without welding. This chain pulley block comes with a 12-month guarantee from the date of supply against any manufacturing defect.
