Electric Chain Hoist

Eurochain VL 10 is an Electric Chain Hoist with variable lifting speed, for loads from 500 to 2,000 kg. Speed variation without fixed steps on the hoisting movements guarantees the Eurochain VL 10 extremely precise positioning of the loads and more flexible use. Depending on the weight of the load, movement type and the level of experience of the user, one can adjust the travel speed almost freely. The speeds are more reliable; with a minimum speed close to 025 m/min (depending on the versions). Operators with lesser experiences are able to handle loads without damaging risks. Main characteristics: built-in VLH 002 lifting speed variator; sensor bearing; brake resistance; brake control relay and rectifier; speed control system – stall control – system inhibits hoisting movement if motor does not rotate and over speed control – system disables hoisting movement if motor rotates at over 120% of nominal speed; and designed with maximum safety – continuous speed control system to protect in the event of seizure or over speed; electric limit switch for upper and lower limits, providing safe operation of the hoists; friction torque limiter guarantees use of hoist without overloading; lifting hook rotates and is made of special; steel, conforming to DIN standards together with a safety latch; and push button box has a very low voltage command – 48 V – and emergency stop (palm switch type).
