Maschinen Fabrik (India) Pvt Ltd, in technical collaboration with Schüttgut Förder Technik GmbH, Germany, offers a Tube Chain Conveyor. It easily conveys most types of dry and free flowing bulk materials. It handles a wide spectrum of materials like coal, ash, food grains, chemicals, pesticides, bulk drugs, animal feeds, salt, sugar, milk powder, fertilizers to name a few. Particles ranging from fines to 20 mm lump size with an operating temperature up to 200°C can be conveyed. It facilitates multi axis conveying with single drive machine. The conveyor come in mild steel and stainless steel constructions, with the conveyor chain made out of hardened and tempered alloy steel materials, with high tensile and wear resistant properties. Modular design of various models with standardized components reduces installation time and gives higher flexibility for revised routes in future with robust construction. To provide long life heat treated sprockets and alloy steel chains are available. The system can be purged with inert gas.
