Sandwich Snake Steep Angle Conveyors

Sandwich snake steep angle conveyors are proven versatile and money saving method for “elevating or lowering a wide range of materials continuously from one level to another at steep angles up to 90 degrees” at high capacities considering every conceivable possibility of conveying profiles and elevating heights at high conveying speeds. The throughput rates can range from 0.30 tonnes to over 15,000 tonnes per hour lifts beyond 1000 ft (330 m, approx) with much higher single run lifts are possible with steel cord belts. The advantages when using the sandwich snake conveyors are: there are no transfer points where the conveyor is capable to turning through any angle up to a vertical line to horizontal line; maximum utilisation of space without spillage of material; low power requirement; and low maintenance costs.
