Bevcon Wayors Pvt Ltd has developed a new generation Bevcon Sizer Machine in technical collaboration with Rollier Iberica, S.L., of Spain. This is a compactly designed unit with multi decks arranged at various slope angles and a distribution feeder. This greatly improves the screening efficiency in fine screening applications, especially, sugar, tea, coffee, salt, spices, minerals and chemicals, among others, and helps achieve large capacities with an extremely high degree of safety and extremely low maintenance costs. The sizer body frame is fitted with the wear resistant liners for efficient flow; clogs free screening and extended life of the sizer. Bevcon-Rollier Sizer Machines have a range of separation from 0.1 mm to 50 mm with two, four and six decks. Machine width is available from 500 to 3000 mm. Options for material of construction available in carbon steel, stainless steel and special steel.
