Maschinen Fabrik (India) offers Pallet Conveyors. This is a tough, easy to install, simple and safe to operate conveyor system designed for moving large loads. It transfers automatically standard pallets, slave boards, boxes, and cartons having flat bottom base. Automatic cascading operations for handling the pallets with production and movement cycles for the fork trucks or other handling equipment are easily integrated. Bearing mounted steel rollers are assembled in modular framework fitted with specially designed pneumatic or electric limit switches. One line shaft driven by a geared motor provides power to the rollers, which are designed to slip under excessive loading and allows the product to accumulate. Modular lengths are available. There are various sub-assemblies like pneumatically operated chain transfer, stopper, turntables, and hoist. Units can be integrated with motion control accessories like photoelectric switch. Various safety devices are offered as standard accessories to protect the equipment and operators from any possible accidents. Emergency controls are made available at the loading, unloading and intermediate zones. Features: load capacity 500-2000 kg pallet; line speed 5-15 mtr per minute standard; operationally safe; supplied in fully assembled modules; standard length – 22-2300 mm; and standard widths of 1062 mm, 1262 mm and 1500 mm.
