Magnetic/Chip Conveyors

Magnetic/Chip conveyors are available in various designs and performance configurations. These chip conveyors have hinged belt to effectively handle various chips, borings, turnings and other metal scrap. These conveyors are mainly used for the small wet ferrous chips. This helps in recovering the costly fluids that are used for machining. The chips fall on to the stainless steel sheet that is standstill and conveyor is running below the stainless steel sheet. Chips are attracted to the magnets connected to the chain and later carried to the chip bin. Thus the fluid is recovered back to the tank.
