Multitek Engineers offers Conveyors. Rubber type: the company holds a good stock of rubber conveyor beltings, the range covers from 4 mm thick to 20 mm thick, from 2 ply nylon to 6 ply nylon. Width varies from 100 mm to 2000 mm. It has HRT2 conveyor beltings to resist heat up to 180°C. It also offers hygienic rubber grade conveyors for food applications. Imported conveyors are basically light duty conveyors. The construction of these belts varies from single ply to 4 ply and cover material used varies from PVC to PU in varying thickness. The white colour PVC and PU belts are characterised by water repellent property and FDA USDA approval, and have been widely used in food applications. These imported conveyors are normally jointed by finger joint such that overall thickness remain same at joint portions and hence smooth running. Thin, but yet stronger imported belts are used in knife edge applications. Profile fixing: these imported conveyors can be fitted with tracking guides, sidewall, flights, cleats, etc., to suit different operating application demands. Special: apart from the regular conveyors beltings, the company has imported and tailor made conveyors for some special and critical applications like heat resistance, perforated one and conveyors with special coatings, etc.
