Conveyor belts

Belcon Engineers offers a complete line of PVC, PU, PE, silicon, PTFE conveyor belts for all types of industrial applications. Belts can be offered in standard or food grade (FDA/USDA) varieties depending on customer"s requirements. White or blue food grade belts are fat and oil resistant, resistant to moisture, easy to cleans and non absorbent. Thickness ranging from 0.8 mm to 8.0 mm and widths up to 2000 mm are available ex-stock. Reinforcement fabrics used are made of polyester, cotton or fiberglass and are strong, flexible, frictionless and have low noise levels. Profile belts are specially designed for inclined/declined conveying of products with smooth surfaces - such as plastic or cardboard boxes and electronic components. A complete range of cleats, sidewalls and profiles are available, which can be welded on the belts as per requirements. PTFE and silicon belts are heat resistant up to 260?C and used for applications such as drying, heat transfer, microwaves, baking, etc. For conveyor drives, the company also offers BDL drum motors that are compact, maintenance free, hygienic and reliable. These motors are highly energy efficient (97%) as compared to traditional drive systems (60 - 75%), thus reducing the operational costs and quickly paying back for the initial cost.
