Air-Operated Conveyors

Exair Corporation's Line Vac air-operated conveyors transport complex shapes, bulk materials, waste, and fumes with no moving parts or electricity. Units eject a small amount of compressed air to produce a vacuum on one end and high output flows on the other with instantaneous response. Air speed is easily controlled by regulating inlet air pressure. The compact design features large throat diameters for maximum throughput capacity. Eight sizes from 1/2"to 3.75"ID capable of producing vacuums up to 90-inches H2 O are available. Construction is aluniinium or durable, corrosion resistant stainless steel for high temperature and food service applications. An optional bracket permits easy mounting. Applications include chip removal, hopper loading, fibre tensioning, and part transfer.
