Noida Fabcon Machines offers an Aero Mechanical Conveyor (Rope and Disc Conveyor). It is suited to meet a variety of applications in many industries like food, pharmaceuticals, plastics, chemicals, water and rubber, etc. The ideal medium for transferring products in the form of powder, granules, pellets, flakes or flocks. It is most efficient in terms of its dust free and clean handling properties. The special feature of this machine is its ability to convey materials at any angle between 0 to 90 degrees without loss of capacity. It is available in options of stainless steel or epoxy painted material. It is equipped with a standard disc; material (USDA accepted polyurethane) rotating in removable housing cover with optional interlock for easy cleaning. This machine can be seen in every conceivable situation where powders and granular materials are handled. It is good for products like sugar, spices, grits, tea, flour, etc. Discs on the rope rotate on a sprocket at very high speed and empty out all contents at the discharge point with centrifugal force. No external air source is required to be connected. The AMC handles the product in a very delicate manner by fluidising the contents so they tend to float between two discs. Its features include low power consumption, easy to clean, food safe, high transfer capacity, low running cost and its system layout which is designed according to customer requirement and available factory environment. Multiple outlets in different configuration are possible and the conveyor can easily carry from a few hundred kg of product per hour to over 40 tons per hour based on product and conveyor size.
