Noida Fabcon Machines offers Z-Type Bucket Elevators (feeding and distribution system), used to elevate and feed materials at multiple points while having a single infeed point. The Fabcon “Z-Con†bucket elevator has been designed while keeping in mind the rugged work environment and the need for continuous feeding/conveying of desired items and products like potato chips, extruded snacks, all types of namkins, raw products like pulses, peanuts, confectionery item, etc. The elevator can easily carry up to 1000 kg per hour of extruded snacks or 6000 kg of raw peanuts. This is a huge capacity and easily meets the requirement of most of applications for raw/semi-processed and finished products. It is equipped with 304 grade SS sheet and fitted with buckets of food grade, which is made out of polypropylene, volume of approx 2.6 ltrs. The buckets are fitted with bronze inserts, which allow easy movement of the stainless steel pins. It is provided with drive system with torque limiter, electronic sensors, pneumatics, electronic console panel with VFD and control circuit that ensures long life and eases of use without causing any problem. Its features include space saving, low power consumption, suitable return arrangement, zero wastage, simple maintenance and flexible modular design for future expansion. The special feature is that, if a bucket is worn, it can be replaced with ease and no downtime or replacement cost, by means of fast changeover of buckets. It is also easy to clean, food safe, high transfer capacity and low running cost. The buckets are 100% food grade and easy to clean. The Z-Con saves 100% manpower and space per discharge point when compared with a regular incline/gooseneck conveyor. Further, the bottom discharge arrangement of buckets at drop point ensures full discharge, easy cleaning and better efficiency.
