Integrated Drive Systems offers an Integrated Skill Enhancement Centre. This is mainly for engineering competency. ISEC imparts practical aspects of engineering in the fields of automation, motion control, industrial electronics and mechatronics by: sharing the organisation"s expertise in the above fields developed over two decades; exposing and familiarizing fresh as well as experienced engineers to the state-of-the-art equipments, modern technologies and current developments in the branches of electrical, electronics, instrumentation, mechanical and production engineering; assisting in selection, operation and maintenance of various components, instruments and products; building confidence for implementation of applications due to individual hands-on training on specially developed models; simulating real time conditions often encountered in the industry; and providing exposure to live projects under implementation. The ultimate objective is to generate complete engineers, who can provide total solutions to industry needs, by blending various engineering disciplines. The training imparted is highly interactive wherein judiciously formulated topics enable the participants to refresh the basic knowledge of the subject through enlightening discussions. In addition to nurturing the existing technical skills, the cordial training provides additional benefits like: building self-confidence; improving attitude; reducing the fears and anxieties; providing a wider perspective, and instilling team spirit to ensure success.
